This is a cooking demonstration and discussion on healthy eating, which will occur at Emerson Elementary School in October. For example, the event amply demonstrates how to prepare simple yet satisfying meals with whole grains, legumes, vegetables and lean proteins. The workshop also discusses living consciously through food selection and active participation in purchasing decisions of sustainability agriculture.
